The sea bass is a sea fish of the perch family. It is called a sea wolf because of the unique coloration — silver scales with small spots on the back. The sea bass meat is dietary and contains protein, phosphorus, iron and calcium, and many vitamins, including A, E, D, K. The sea bass is shipped in whole and chilled.
