The cusk-eel (Kingklip) belongs to the family of cusk-eels. The body of the cusk-eel is long and round, the tail is similar to an eel's tail, the skin is smooth and mottle-pink, and the coloration of the belly is often less mottle and pale. It tastes like shrimp. The advantage of cusk-eel is that it has practically no bones. Its health benefits are in its rich vitamin and mineral composition, as well as in saturation of amino acids. A low level of calories makes cusk-eel suitable for dietetic and proper nutrition
